How do I prepare my Laundry before dropping it at the laundry/Pick up?
Preparing for your laundry is easy,we have good quality Laundry bags which makes it easier for you to put your laundry inside but you can also use your own laundry bag.
I don't know if my fabric should be laundered or dry cleaned?
One of our laundry workers will always check the cleaning instructions on your items before we begin.
Which are the items that we don't accept?
We accept most fabrics, but items made from fur, velvet, leather or suede, will be determined on inspection if we can do them or not.
What if we damage your laundry?
If you find a stain on an item or fault in the service, we would be more than happy to rewash or press the item again at no cost.
What is the turnaround time?
We generally work a 2-day turnaround. We do provide a 24 hour turnaround and even quicker if required. We are very flexible so just talk to us about your needs
